I’ve had 2 very positive experiences here, both with employee Russ. He is honest and took the time to explain everything to me in detail regarding both my TPMS replacement and my new set of tires. I truly believe he has the best interest of the customer in mind. I will certainly be coming back here for future needs!

I appreciate the services they offer but man, they are just not very professional about it. First of all, I can't find ANYWHERE online to make an appointment. So I figured it was walk-ins. Drove all the way there just to be told I'll have to make an appointment tomorrow. Made an appointment then realized I needed to change the time. I called them and could not get through, no matter what I did because their stupid automated system is broken. When I came in for my appointment, she got me checked in and told me "OK we'll call you when it's done." I expected about 20mins. An hour goes by of me sitting in the cafe (they have no seating anywhere else) with nothing to do but scroll on my phone. I go check on my car and they HAVE NOT EVEN STARTED LOOKING AT IT YET. They tell me they're short staffed and I should have been quoted about an hour to 90mins. But I wasn't. If they knew they'd be short staffed, they should not have been booking so many appointments and they should have told me how long I'd be waiting. I would've gotten a ride home if I knew it would take this long. Terrible communication. On another occasion I had a hole in my tire but they wouldn't fix it because of " a manufac

The lug nuts on our tires were not air-seal tightened properly. We nearly lost our driver's side rear tire. If I had not stopped in time, our car would have caused an accident that could have been fatal. Please, if you choose to use Sam's club, check your vehicle's viability.
